Fasting Activity for Kids

This hands-on craft helps kids understand that fasting isn’t just about giving something up—it’s about filling our hearts and minds with the things of Yahuah. Children will color and cut out symbols representing prayer, worship, kindness, and other spiritual practices, then attach them to a plate with a scripture hidden inside each one.

Materials Needed:
