How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account:
You can email us directly at info@ ancientpathadventures.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request – Ancient Path Kids App” from the email address linked to your account.

We will verify your identity and complete your request within 30 days.

Data Deleted Upon Account Deletion

When you request deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your account information (name, username, email).
  
• Profile data (child’s nickname/avatar selections).
  
• Learning progress and saved activities.
  

Data That May Be Retained

Some limited data may be kept for legal, security, or compliance reasons:

• Transaction history (if you made in-app purchases) – retained for up to 7 years for accounting/tax purposes.
  
• Support correspondence – retained for up to 2 years.
  

After the retention period, this information will be permanently deleted.
